Refund or Cancellation

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for all coaching sessions booked through this website.

By booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

1. Introductory Sessions

Introductory sessions are reserved specifically for you.

Because time is held exclusively, intro sessions are non-refundable once booked.

You may reschedule your introductory session if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled time.

If you miss your session or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

2. Deep Sessions

Deep sessions are available by invitation only after the introductory session.

Once booked, deep sessions are also non-refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.

3. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered a no-show.

4. No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not provide prior notice, the session will be forfeited with no refund.

5. Technical Issues

If a session is interrupted due to technical issues on the coach’s side, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or complete the session.

If technical issues occur on your side, the session may still be considered completed unless otherwise agreed.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only in rare and exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the coach.

7. Policy Changes

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the website or services means you accept any revised terms.
